Email is not dead, your subject lines are

Small brands can win the inbox by sounding like a person.

Most brand emails read like a receipt. The ones people open read like a friend.

Write the subject last

Finish the email first. Then find the most interesting sentence inside it and use that as the subject.

One idea per email

One announcement, one picture and one button. If you have three things to say, send three emails on three days.

Like what you read? Hire the writers.
